Prevent the forcible closure of

Occupy Wall Street!

Tell Bloomberg: Don’t Foreclose the Occupation.

This is an emergency situation. Please take a minute to read this, and please take action and spread the word far and wide.

Occupy Wall Street is gaining momentum, with occupation actions now happening in cities across the world.

But last night Mayor Bloomberg and the NYPD notified Occupy Wall Street participants about plans to “clean the park”—the site of the Wall Street protests—tomorrow starting at 7am. “Cleaning” was used as a pretext to shut down “Bloombergville” a few months back, and to shut down peaceful occupations elsewhere.

Bloomberg says that the park will be open for public usage following the cleaning, but with a notable caveat: Occupy Wall Street participants must follow the “rules”. These rules include, “no tarps or sleeping bags” and “no lying down.”

NYPD Police Commissioner Ray Kelly has said that they will move in to clear us and we will not be allowed to take sleeping bags, tarps, personal items or gear back into the park.

So, seems likely that this is their attempt to shut down #OWS for good.

1) Call 311 (or 212-NEW-YORK if you’re out of town) and tell Bloomberg to support our right to assemble and to not interfere with #OWS.

2) Come to #OWS on FRIDAY AT 6AM to defend the occupation from eviction.

Occupy Wall Street is committed to keeping the park clean and safe — we even have a Sanitation Working Group whose purpose this is. We are organizing major cleaning operations today and will do so regularly.

If Bloomberg truly cares about sanitation here he should support the installation of portopans and dumpsters. #OWS allies have been working to secure these things to support our efforts.

We know where the real dirt is: on Wall Street. Billionaire Bloomberg is beholden to bankers.

We won’t allow Bloomberg and the NYPD to foreclose our occupation. This is an occupation, not a permitted picnic.

Your typical left wing loons explain the difference between capitalism and socialism. My friends, this is pathetic! Barack Obama, Russell Simmons, Michael Moore, Susan Sarandon and Van Jones are just some of their supporters.

good video taffersalid but try a bimetalic standard money system (tri metalic if you include thorium with gold and silver to re-energised the currency). Advice to Max Keiser is to look at starting a silver standard among the occupiers capitalised by the billionaires of the system. if that is too high then multi millionaires. Waldoff salid your video was a good one. thanks for posting it.

vote the bums out of office and replace them with lawmakers that will stand with the 99% and the working poor. vote the bums out!!!

i move the death penalty for arsonists paddymac. “burn out offices” said paddymac. Max Keiser has identified, in RT, that monopoly formation is the problem in the system. i have suggested progressive tax to remedy the extremes of wealth and poverty. think about it paddymac the death penalty for arson would slow down burning in war.

“Progressive taxation; 100% tax on income over million dollars earned with linear line up from zero income tax on first dollar earned.” tweeted to Max Keiser, the unreasonable voice or reason, so a global solution can be worked towards. First possible death in the USA may have happened from a police tear gas canister explosion. This veterine was later taken to hospital in an inconsciouse state. Video shows a police dressed in black following helpers with a second tear gas grenade tossed to go off at the poor boys head and helpers feet. The Mayor and Councillors of the city need to be frogged marched down to the police station to confront the police over this mistake and be dragged down by shirt collars to seek justice. If he dies sometimes it is better for society for an innocent man to spend a life time in jail unjustly. That cop needs to atone for his calculated action to inflict state sponsored terror on the first amendment. Lol dragging elected members by the scruff of the neck is a transgression of the rule of law. The death at the hands of police is also a transgression of the rule of law. Lol how do we reconcile 99% wanting limited monopoly control by 1%

A song written in the Enron Era has come of age to cover the 1% and will become iconic as Blowing in the Wind has become for other protest eras

This song talks about how the 99% feels at what Ken of Enron did for the people of the USA and the World.

The song lets the people know, both 1% and 99% that the game is up and it is time to change.

Gold and Silver as Max Keiser talks about is the only way to progress.

Well MF Global has produced the new Occupy Target the Koch Brithers. Why. Because 3 October (14 days before occupy wall street started) the Kich brothers withdrew their billions of dollars out of MF Glibal they have had in the fund for decades. That means occupy together has beaten the bush and two birds of a brotherhood have flown out and identified themselves as two individuals to the captured and handed over to Chinese authorities for fraud. Why chinese authorities? Because chinese authorities can not be bought or bribed when it comes to 1% defrauding the 99%. Koch brothers for decades have manipulated congress and the senate to the point where the president will not define high crimes and misdemeanors in the banking industry as treason against the 99%. So let a world court try the Koch brothers free from the civilized protections of the democratic system. If the rule of law in the USA prevents mob violence on individual citizens then send Koch brothers to China as a Gimo for G.I.A.B.O.

New Zealnd’s largest city, Auckland, just banned the protesters from the occupy location in Aotearoa Square.

“4. Many of the 1 percent cheat on their taxes.

When you have enormous sums of money, you can hire high-powered accountants and lawyers to help you avoid taxes. But these maneuvers aren’t just taking advantage of tax loopholes. It’s about cheating. Many of the super-rich hide their money in offshore tax havens. They place it in secret bank accounts without declaring it. They just pretend it doesn’t exist. How much money are we talking about? The tax revenues lost in the U.S. are estimated to be $337 billion a year according to a November report by the Tax Justice Network. This is more than enough to put America back to work rebuilding our crumbling infrastructure.

So there hides our nation’s wealth. We are as productive as ever, but 99 percent aren’t getting their fair share. Instead the 1 percent are channeling our collective wealth away from our daily needs through investment hoarding, tax loopholes and outright tax cheating. Rather than using it to create badly needed jobs, they pocket it. And then our financial elites have the nerve to ask the rest of us to tighten our belts because the public trough is running low due to a financial crash they created! It’s an outrageous fabrication designed to shift the debate away from the obvious: Wall Street and its minions took down our economy, got bailed out and now refuse to pay anything to repair it. Instead they want us to pay for the damage they created.

This is the material basis for Occupy Wall Street and we should salute the occupiers for changing the national dialogue back to where it belongs. But we will have to go much further if we hope to create employment, alleviate rising poverty and bring a modicum of justice to our society. We will have to do nothing short of democratizing Wall Street from top to bottom so that our financial elites can no longer manipulate the economy and politics to serve their ends.

We are still the richest nation on earth, but our wealth has been captured and hidden from view. We can’t expect Occupy Wall Street to rectify this ungodly mess on its own. It’s time for the rest of us to join the fight to recapture our nation’s wealth while resurrecting our society’s fundamental decency.

No one should ever be poor in a country so rich.

2012, Jan 17th. If you are reading this post in 95 years time, 2107 AD, then what I consider you will see, as I look back the same years to 1917, I see the last year of the war 1914-1918. The Internet was not invented but telegraph was laid, power Plants of uranium 235 are used but Thorium 232 will replace the feed stock in 100 years as iPhones write and read this post while reflecting on copper telegraph wires 95 years ago.

The use of silver as a rural currency and the use of gold for a city currency in money must replace the fiat fractional reserve system based on National sovergnty. Kitab’i'Aqdas for more economics around that point as a reference.

The tent cities being evicted by billionaire Mayors from municiple parks will be seen in the same light at the women’s temperance union wanting the right to vote. Today 95 years latter Saudi Arabia women are forbidden from driving cars.
